Why Mystery Shopping?

Organizations spend big marketing money to get new customers in the door, but sometimes pay less attention to what happens when these customers come walking through the door. Mystery shoppers give you the advantage of a unique form of feedback to assess customer satisfaction as well as high quality data on staff behavior, customer service standard, product knowledge and others.
